Have you ever experienced walking on a beach with sea turtles? Let's go!
Our Research Assistants carry out daily patrols, both morning and night, to collect population data on nesting females and their nests. Join us on one of our immersive and educational conservation tours to learn more about our work, and of course have the opportunity to see nesting female sea turtles or hatchlings! With over 6,000 new nests every season, our beaches are the busiest on the Osa Peninsula!

Please send us an email at least 48 hours in advance to reserve a turtle tour! The more notice you are able to give us the better as we are able to try and coordinate the best possible time to try and see some turtles. Please be aware that although we have a lot of nesting and hatching activity on our beaches, it is not always guaranteed that you will see turtles as we cannot predict nature sometimes.
*All activities carried out with sea turtles are authorized under research permits granted by SINAC-MINAE.
