Let's Make Change.
Let's find the right volunteer program for you!
We are so excited you have taken the first step towards volunteering for COPROT Tortugas de Osa in Costa Rica! We have two different base camps located approximately 5km apart that each have unique qualities in equally incredible locations on the Osa Peninsula. Take a look at the options below to begin the reservation process!
Our volunteer programs start every Monday of the year, and run from 2-10 weeks in length. You do not need any previous experience with sea turtles to join us, but we are looking for positive and motivated people that have good physical fitness and are happy to live in basic conditions with lots of other fun conservationists. The program includes your 3 meals (largely vegetarian/vegan) and accommodation in a mixed dormitory in base camps close to the beach.

Cost: 290USD per week (Minimum 2 week placements, price drops to 250USD per week for 3 weeks or more)
Languages: Spanish and English
